Withington Open Gardens Trail, Sunday 12 June

Organised by St. John the Baptist Church with SHROPSHIRE HISTORIC CHURCHES TRUST

We now have about 10 green-fingered residents willing to open their gardens on June 12th, however we now need extra help to make this event a success.

Visitors will park on the Village Green & purchase a trail map which gives entry to all the gardens. So we will need car park stewards who will also sell the entry maps.

We are hoping to sell plants on the Green, too. If you have any plants to spare or would be willing to pot on any seedlings etc. that would be appreciated. Plant sellers will be needed as well.

The other essential is the tea sales. Marion & Derek Hillaby have agreed to have teas at their house. If you could make a cake and/ or could help serve the teas that would be great.

If you feel you could help in any way, no matter how small, the organisers would love to hear from you.
